This past weekend we celebrated Father’s Day with the Shipley Clan at the lake house (Kenny’s parents’ home). We had a flipn great time with the family, spent all day swimming in the lake, boating, and hanging out Saturday and Sunday. We all stuffed ourselves with some great bar-b-q brisket ala Uncle Randy Shipley on Saturday and a yummy fish fry ala Dad/Paw-Paw/Bro on Sunday!

It was a blast getting to spend time with all of Kenny’s aunts, uncles, and cousins and of course the absolutely adorable little ones, Adrian, Dusty, Dylan, Caley, Riley, & Morgan…the next generation of Shipley’s. We enjoyed many “Shipleyisms” over the weekend, got some great photos of the little ones and the whole family just having a great time together. There were some family members that had to leave before we took our group photo, but most of Kenny’s cousins were there and we don’t get to see them too often, but we made sure to spend all the time we had with them all this weekend, and I’m so glad we did.

Saturday night we all headed out to our bowling center Huntsville Lanes and had a great time watching the little ones bowl, and visiting and bowling with family.
I adore the Shipley Family and I feel so lucky to be a part of their life.
