It seems that is all we have been doing lately. Moving, packing, cleaning, unpacking, moving, setting up…you see we recently moved to a new what we call “temporary” house (until we build our own exactly the way we want) ;) and we also have been in the middle of repairs/construction (that always seem to take longer than expected) on what will be our new offices and photography studio! Well those are just about done…the repairs & construction that is. The contractors are scheduled to be done Thursday and then we begin moving in and “setting up shop” on Friday.

Ken will be running his computer networking, repair, web development Huntsville Techs from there, and I will have a wonderful separate area for an office and studio! We flipn cannot wait to get in and set up! I’m thrilled to finally be able to offer the option of studio photography to my clients for those days when the weather just refuses to cooperate here with us (which doesn’t happen too often, but it does rear its foulness from time to time) ;)

I hope to have the studio completed and ready for my clients to come see me in the next month…I still need to paint, find furniture for the viewing area, and set up my displays. I’ll take photos of the process and post them here. Today I will be making a stop by there to capture some shots of what is done and I’ll continue to document the remaining work.

Wow, the first wedding of the year and let me just say we had a great time shooting this one!! Jenna & Chris, you two are a flipn amazing couple! There are some days when I want to pinch myself, because I think I must be dreaming that I get to be doing what I love so much! Thank you for inviting me to preserve the memories of your fabulous wedding day. I hope you’re having the time of your lives in Colorado and Jenna I want to hear all about you conquering those Black Diamonds when you return ;)
